Welcome to GST Invoice Generator, a product of ByteZBridge ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GST Invoice Generator plugin and related services available at gstinvoice.app. By purchasing or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

GST Invoice Generator is a software plugin (extension/skill) for Claude AI assistants that helps users generate GST-compliant tax invoices. The plugin runs locally on the user's device. We provide:

The plugin software (downloadable ZIP)
A licence key valid for the tier purchased
Email support during business hours
Future updates included with lifetime tier

2. Licence

Upon successful payment, you receive a licence key granting you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the plugin on your personal or business devices. The licence is for your use only and may not be resold, sublicensed, or distributed to third parties.

3. Pricing & payment

Lifetime tier: ₹9,999 INR (one-time payment). All payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. The first 100 customers receive lifetime tier at this price; subsequent pricing may change.

5. Compliance disclaimer

The plugin generates GST-compliant invoice formats based on Indian GST law as of the most recent update. However:

We are a software tool, not a tax advisor or chartered accountant
Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of every invoice before sending
Users are responsible for filing their GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and meeting deadlines
We do not guarantee acceptance by the GST portal or tax authorities
For specific tax advice, consult a qualified Chartered Accountant

6. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

Use the plugin to generate fraudulent or misleading invoices
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code beyond what is permitted by law
Resell, redistribute, or share your licence key with others
Use the plugin in any way that violates Indian or international law

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate your licence if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the plugin and delete all copies. Termination does not affect your right to refund within the 30-day window.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
