Refund Policy

Try it. If it doesn't save you time, email us within 30 days and we'll refund the full ₹9,999. No interrogation. No "we just need to understand why". Just a refund.
1. When you can request a refund
You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date for any reason, including:
- The plugin doesn't work for your use case
- Technical issues we couldn't resolve
- You changed your mind
- You found a better tool
- Personal financial reasons
- You'd just rather have your money back
2. How to request a refund
Email hello@gstinvoice.app with:
- Subject: "Refund request"
- Your order email (the one you used at checkout)
- Your licence key (the GST-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX shown on your success page or in the email)
- Optional: a one-line reason — helps us improve the product, but you don't have to share
That's it. No forms, no questionnaires.
3. How long does the refund take?
- We acknowledge your request within 24 hours (often faster during India business hours)
- We initiate the refund through Razorpay within 1 business day of acknowledgment
- Razorpay processes the refund to your original payment method in 5-7 business days (sometimes faster for UPI)
- Total worst-case time from request to money in your account: ~10 days
4. What gets refunded?
Full ₹9,999 — minus any payment gateway fees that Razorpay does not refund (typically <₹100). For most refunds processed within 24 hours of payment, Razorpay waives all fees and you get the entire ₹9,999 back.
5. After the refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your licence key is deactivated
- You're asked to stop using the plugin and delete your downloaded copy
- You can re-purchase later at the then-current price (which may be higher; we don't restore the original price)
6. Edge cases
After 30 days: Refunds are at our discretion. If you genuinely have an unresolved issue, email us — we'll usually do the right thing. But the 30-day window is our guarantee.
Partial refunds: We don't do partial refunds. It's all or nothing.
Chargebacks: Please email us first before raising a chargeback with your bank. We'd rather refund you directly. Chargebacks cost both of us money and time.
Multiple licence purchases: Each licence is refundable separately within its own 30-day window.
7. We won't ghost you
If you email us about a refund and don't hear back within 48 hours, please email again with "URGENT" in the subject. We may have missed it. We don't ignore refund requests — that's not how we run things.
